Very Good. Looks mint. When the lid is taken off some chipping can be seen over about 30 mm to the left upper lip, which is relatively standard. However, there are grinding marks right around the upper rim, the outer rim and even the upper seat where the lid sits. Where the chips are the lip dips as well, so this has been ground down. The rest of it I would suggest is not deep at all and would have been done to accommodate the lid. A few fine scratches. A little surface wear around the outer lip. Perfect embossing. RARE jar in this little pint size, this looks stunning and is a must for any jar collector. The lid has a dark scratch. The wire does not fit around the widest part of this jar into the two grooves, it does clamp down nicely and looks the part, but again this is evidence that the lid is not quite right for this jar.
