Pair of Hot Sauces: 1. (Star). No base mark. 2. Bo // gong Sau // ce. Base Mark: (Dot). (Bogong Sauce, Beechworth, Victoria) Household Sauce Applied top. Aqua. 10 oz. 214 & 226 mm. 1880s-1900s
1. Very Good. 8 x 3 mm chip to flared out part of front lip. A little inner dirt in places. Tiny impact flake at front base edge. Scuffs and scratches scattered around, heaviest to the shoulder region and again at the base. A few fisheyes. Small spot of rust or two. Nothing is known about these bottles except that they are found in Australia. Possibly an Australian one? (7.3). 2. Very Good. Polished. For the most part this has highly shiny and smooth surfaces. There are a few pitted scratches remaining though, couple of spots of wear and one or two scuffed spots to be found. One or two impact nicks to the surface. (7.5) Grade: N/A Estimate: $40 - 50
