Four unusual Stoneware Inks: 1. Wiltshire's (impressed in script down bottle). 2 & 3. Different sized Cotton reel shape, salt glaze. 4. All white glazed Penny ink. Ink Stoneware Various 48 - 134 mm. 1900s-1920s
The Wiltshire's is Good but has a crack down the left side and across the front shoulder. Is a bit "tinny" when tapped at the front shoulder. Displays well and is a very unusual Australian ink. The smaller Cotton reel has a 7 x 7 mm chip to the lip. The larger one has a couple of fleabites to the lip. Otherwise these are Very Good to Excellent. The penny ink is unusual with this glaze and is in Excellent condition with minor marks. Grade: N/A Estimate: $30 - 40
