Plain Pig Snout Gin. Large tube pontil scar to base. Calcium deposits. Late 1700s - 1800s.. Spirits. Gin. Dutch Case Gin. Applied pig snout type top. Olive Green. 26 oz. 245 mm. late 1700s - 1800s
Very Good. (7.4). Hard to give a condition report as part of the appeal is the stain and dullness. There is actually a sharp section where the original tube for the top that attached to the blow pipe sits above the applied top itself. Scratches and scuffs. A big lot of calcium type shell deposit inside - this could be a problem for post as it is quite heavy and rattles around. A great early bottle. Estimate: $50-100
