Good. (6.3). Not sure if this has been polished, possibly acid dipped? Oiled internally. It is very, very heavily etched internally which actually gives this quite a unique appearance. Discoloured mark under lower lip, this is where dirt has gotten into an open fold type area, so not damage. Some pitted marks and little impacts. Scratches and scuffs to be found. Some Blutak under the base. Some patches of pitted wear. Inner heel edge has some sliver type marks, have a feeling this is remains of some form of pontil. Very rare bottle in this giant size, only the second we have sold with the previous example selling in Auction 34 way back in 2018. This is from the late Kingsley Durdin collection.
