1. Fair. Tears and the like around the edges. Some stain. Main part of the plan is very nice though. Very tightly wound and a bit tricky to unroll! Would make a fantastic feature piece for a wall display. 2. Poor. A lot of tears and damage around the edges and in places. Has some mines marked in in pencil. Large piece missing down the bottom left corner. Needs some work but will be a great decoration with a good old fashioned frame. 3. Very Good. Some folds but largely this one is in nice shape. A beauty to get framed for Bendigo collectors or Nell Gwynne fans! Grade: N/A Estimate: $60 - 80
