Excellent. Anton Dietrich was a famous German painter who was born in 1833, passing away in 1904. Was this painted by Anton, or is it to commemorate the famous artist? I cannot find any reference to this glass anywhere, so it seems to be quite a hard one to get? Some of the gold leaf is slightly worn in places. Some usage wear under the base. Painted design is quite good, maybe some minor fading in places. Some scratches internally. A few scratches outside as well. Tiny nick to lip rim. Small nick to base edge. Appears to be quite an early glass, may even be prior to the 1900s. An impressive and large piece. Grade: 8 Estimate: $50 - 75
