Excellent. (8). The spout does come off to reveal no damage. There is a dip in the lip from making which looks a little like a pouring spout, this is definitely from making. Minor scratch to right neck. Thin band of wear to mid neck where the spout rubs. A little inner grime which should soak out. Couple of small patches of surface rust. I have seen a couple of clear examples in the past which were mounted on a glass tray. This blue one would have also been mounted to a tray, there is a layer of glue or similar to the base. You can see where a hole has been through the base as well, this is where a small screw attached this to a tray, this has glue inside it now. The inner base where this hole is looks a little flaked. I don't class any of this as damage, as it is purpose made, minor and cannot be seen anyway when on show. Looks fantastic as well with the dainty blue straw inside, this is truly an amazing piece all round, the only one we are aware of in this blue colour! Estimate: $2000-3000
