Most unusual item. In 1930, the following was registered: "Extract of animal oil for use as a hair wash shampoo and an embrocation for use as a preparation for the hair. The word 'Pixavon.' - Joseph Benary, Carlton, Melbourne." However, please note that this product was popular in Europe in the early 1900s, and so this earlier example is not an Australian bottle. 2.
