Very Good. (7). Polished. Still a bit dull to inner lip. 11 x 5 mm nibbled chip to base edge below the word Ross. Flakes and nibbled wear around the circumference of this sharp base edge. Nick or two to heel. Some fisheyes and impact marks. Couple of little surface impact flakes. Remains of some pitted scratches. Some other scratches and scuffs scattered around. Pitted scrape to the leg of the lion and another scrape below that. Solid, crude example with three different forms of makers mark! This has J Ross Maker Sydney to lower front. Then situated unusual around the outer and inner heel is J. Ross / Glass / Works / Camperdown. BUT, you can also see where J. Ross Glass has been in the mould near Camperdown, obviously a reused mould where they forgot to remove that embossing! Rare bottle, only the second one we have sold. Estimate: $200-300
