P. R. Cornish / (PRC Monogram) / Tungamah. Base Mark: M. (Victoria).. Aerated Water. Codd. Dobson or four way type. Applied top. Aqua. 10 oz. 222 mm. 1900s
Very Good. (7.1). Polished. Impact to lower right rear lip has a bruise associated to the bottom part of the applied lip, this is only about 5 x 5 mm in total. 25 mm pitted scratch below this to the right chamber. Couple of spots of marble wear to inner chamber. Wide, pitted, scuffed scratch over about 80-90 mm in patches to the rear. Some spots of hard grime to the heel. Fisheyes and impact marks scattered around. Remains of scuffs and scratches as well. Embossing has some nibbled high point wear in places with a flake or two as well. Overall, a solid example of a rare bottle in this large size, the first we have handled. Cornish was only in business for a short time prior to succumbing to an untimely and gruesome death at a sawmill. Estimate: $400-600
