Very Good. (7.5). Crazing. Touch of rust stain. Minor marks. A really nice lid. These are known to have a blue overglaze wash on them and a gold band. This one doesn't have either and likely they have just been dissolved with stain but nonetheless looks good as a black & white example. Base looks like the correct one with the same type of stain and crazing. Horton Crundall was actually a chemist at Flinders Street, Melbourne but used his French background as a marketing tool. Grading for lid only. Estimate: $200-400
