Excellent. (8.5). Has some slight discolouration in spots and general light marks. Some tool scrape marks down the front from the potter. Strong stamp. Right rear heel has a small chip, this is likely a potter pull from making. Some darker surface marks to rear and light surface wear in places along with some fine scratches here and there. Great colour with a greenish tinge to the top. A real beauty, we sold this example way back in Auction 29, the only one we have ever sold in this size and variety with larger General merchants font across the middle of the badge.
