Very Good. (7.3). Shallow repair over about 16 x 12 mm to the inner and top front right lip. Couple of tiny glaze flakes to lip. Kiln kiss to side body has had some work done to it. May have had a little fill put in it, has been sanded over slightly for sure. Shallow flake under base. A bit of glaze wear with some scuffs and scratches to be found. Discoloured scratch around base edge. A few pottery blowouts to shoulder area. An interesting demijohn, very few Australian demijohns come in this tapered shape. These come in three size, this being the middle 2 gallon size. (This is the same example as sold in Auction 21, Lot 404). Estimate: $100-200
